Vacuum Metallization

Precision aluminum deposition on PET base film with controlled optical density. Al thickness: 0.8Ω ≈ 650–700Å. Surface tension treated to ≥ 48 mN/m for optimal downstream adhesion.

Non-woven Lamination

Composite lamination of metallized film with non-woven fabric, producing blackout curtain-grade composite semi-finished materials. The finished product combines the blackout reflective function of metallized film with the texture, strength, and structural support of non-woven fabric.
